Who makes Cocoon
Cocoon French is part of Cocoon Languages. We make the faceless Cocoon French YouTube channel and the companion Club, giving curious learners a calm place to begin and keep practising.
Understand a story before you study a rule
Our method centres on comprehensible input: French you can follow with the help of pictures, context and carefully paced speech. You meet useful words and patterns inside stories, then encounter them again in new situations.
Start with French From Zero if you are a complete beginner. As your understanding grows, explore longer stories, everyday conversations and speaking practice that listens and shows you what it heard.
Why a faceless channel?
The story is the focus. Illustrated scenes put the meaning on screen, so you can concentrate on what is happening and connect it with the French you hear. You can pause, replay and practise at your own pace.
A free first step
YouTube stories are free to watch. The Club brings the course library, practice tools and supporting materials together in a paid membership with a seven-day trial.
